     In the field of industrial automation, Keyence Corporation, a well-known Japanese company that sells sensors, measuring instruments, and logic control systems (headquarters: Osaka, Japan, representative and general manager of the board of directors: Akira Yamamoto), continues to introduce new products, this time with the amplifier built-in CMOS laser Sensor LR-Z series. The LR-Z series interprets the new concept of General Optoelectronics, and combines "stable detection power of CMOS laser" and "ease of use of built-in amplifier" with a reassuring metal body. Make CMOS laser sensor more simple and easy to use.

   The features of "Built-in CMOS Laser Sensor LR-Z Series" are as follows;

      (1) The industry's highest performance-CMOS laser and DATUM inspection

     The combination of "CMOS image sensor + laser light source" achieves a 350,000-fold light amount control function, which enables the sensor to monitor the light receiving amount and automatically adjust the sensitivity. The detection is not affected by light and slope. It is equipped with FGS (DATUM) detection function to adjust the sensitivity based on the background. It achieves the highest detection capability among similar amplifier built-in products.

      (2) Rugged & long life-stainless steel SUS316L housing, achieving IP69K/68 protection level

    The metal body made of SUS316L is no problem even if it is over-tightened or hits the tool. No special metal shell is needed. It has strong resistance to oil, acid and alkaline lotion, and has passed the IP69K/68 shell protection level, so it can still be used in harsh environments.

       (3) Superior visibility-large indicator light & digital display

   uses a large indicator light to ensure its excellent visibility even when viewed from a long distance. The adoption of 7-segment digital display and one-touch teaching realizes the simple operation of keys while observing the 7-segment digital display. In addition, in order to prevent accidental operation on the spot, the key lock function is also configured.
